Elemental explores the transformation of surface through layers, natural materials, and the influence of the five elements of nature. The paintings embrace the beauty of subtlety, weathering, imperfection, and raw materiality.
Each painting unfolds through a process of building layers as they interact with the five elements and form a natural patina. Rather than imposing strict control, the process allows the materials themselves to participate in the outcome.
The result is a body of work shaped through patience and guided by intuition. Surfaces that feel simultaneously grounded and atmospheric.
